International Customer Service & Support Representatives (CSRs)

Key Responsibilities
– Communicate with international clients and potential customers.
– Understand client requirements and explain company services.
– Manage client follow-ups and support sales activities.
– Build strong client relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
– Identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Requirements
– Fluent in spoken English.
– Confidence in communicating with international clients.
– Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
– Professional attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
– Previous experience in international call centers or international sales is an advantage.
– Fresh graduates and freshers with fluent English are encouraged to apply.

Job Details
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Working Days: Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays
