🎓 Qualification: BBA, MBA, or relevant field

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across financial, operational & compliance areas
- Evaluate internal controls and identify gaps
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Review inventory, procurement & production processes
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies & regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support the development of audit frameworks and procedures
✅ Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of internal audit, risk management & compliance
- Experience in inventory audits, costing & operational audits
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
