We Are Hiring: Officer – Industrial Engineering (IE) at Ziyan Textiles
Join our team and play a key role in optimizing production processes and enhancing efficiency on our stitching floor. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can ensure smooth, accurate, and productive operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Verify all stitching operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct garment complexity analysis to support efficient production planning.
• Reconcile section-wise activities and workflows on the stitching floor.
• Prepare hourly balance scorecards to monitor, evaluate, and improve productivity metrics.
🎓 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience (preferably in textile manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of stitching processes and production floor operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
📍 Work Location
On-site at 3.5 km Defense Road, Lahore. (Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm)
