About the Role

CureMD is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems while ensuring safety, efficiency, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance according to the scheduled PM plan.
• Inspect, clean, service, and maintain HVAC systems regularly.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, split ACs, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
• Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, and vacuuming.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper system functioning.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records, logs, and service reports.
• Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams during maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/DAE in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• HVAC certification is preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Refrigerant handling and leak testing.
• Split AC and ventilation systems.
• Electrical control circuits and motors.
• HVAC tools and testing instruments.
• MS Excel for PM tracking and reporting.
