Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

– Hands-on experience implementing and managing performance management systems.
– Strong recruitment experience across multiple roles.
– Practical, solution-oriented HR mindset (not just policy-focused).
– Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
