Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end recruitment including sourcing from different platforms, screening profiles, conducting interviews and assessments
Collaborating with department managers in identifying and fulfilling hiring needs
Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers and supporting in HR operations if needed
