π Position: HR & Operations Executive
π Work Location: On-Site
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operational activities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of retail staff
- Support sales management and performance tracking
- Coordinate and supervise retail store teams
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and employee coordination
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Ensure effective communication between stores and management
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Help implement company policies and operational procedures
πΉ Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in HR, operations, retail management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Retail industry experience will be an added advantage
