Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Attendance and payroll coordination
• Implement HR policies and maintain discipline
• Performance management and reporting
• Handle employee issues and conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / BBA / related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience using recruitment platforms and HR tools
• Ability to handle night shift operations independently
• Organized, professional, and target-oriented

Shift Details:

• Night Shift (Full-Time)
• 5 days a week
