HR Manager at EnDemand IT

EnDemand IT is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join their team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth IT environment.

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation. Implement and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation. Coordinate recruitment activities and contractor onboarding. Manage HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Zoho People or BambooHR. Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy guidance. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in IT Services, Technology, Software Development, or Staff Augmentation.
