Core9 – HR Generalist
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Experience: 1-3 Years
Range: 80,000-100,000 PKR
We are looking for an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in HR Operations who can effectively manage day-to-day HR activities while contributing to a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll and employee lifecycle processes
Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
