We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our organization as an HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager, responsible for overseeing HR operations and contributing to a positive, productive workplace culture.
📍 Location: Gulshan Block 10-A – IT Verticals
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
📅 Experience Required: 3–7 years (Managerial experience preferred for HR Manager role)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
➡️ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
➡️ Supervise payroll, benefits, attendance, and employee data management
Lead performance appraisal cycles and support employee development initiatives
➡️ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations
➡️ Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Coordinate training and development programs
➡️ Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management
Guide and support junior HR team members
➡️ Foster a positive workplace environment and employee engagement
🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications:
➡️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
➡️ 3–7 years of relevant HR experience (Managerial experience preferred for HR Manager role)
➡️ Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
➡️ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
➡️ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
