IEHSAS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Officer to join its Lahore office. IEHSAS is a Pakistan-based Health, Safety, and Environment consultancy and training organization providing HSE, compliance, auditing, and personnel services.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Excellent organizational and documentation skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and compliance management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Maintain compliance documentation and reports
- Support HR audits and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with management on HR and compliance matters
