🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals

Drive talent management, performance, and succession planning initiatives

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs

Support recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data management

Implement HR projects and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

5–6 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience in the FMCG industry

Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
