CureMD is looking for an enthusiastic Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Partner with business and HR leaders to understand and address HR needs.
– Support employee relations, onboarding, and performance management processes.
– Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.
– Assist in training, development, and engagement initiatives.
– Maintain employee data accuracy and ensure policy compliance.
– Contribute to HR projects, change management, and culture-building efforts.
Qualifications:
– Bachelorβs in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
– 0β1 year of experience or internship in HR preferred.
– Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
