About the Role

Haseens is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Professional to manage and optimize HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling an employee base of 150–200 staff members and a strong ability to maintain workplace efficiency, culture, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

  • Oversee employee engagement, payroll processing, attendance, and HR compliance.

  • Maintain and execute HR policies, documentation, and reporting records.

  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and resource planning.

  • Support leadership in fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-driven work culture.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in HR & Admin roles.

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and administrative workflows.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
