Haseens is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Professional to manage and optimize HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling an employee base of 150β200 staff members and a strong ability to maintain workplace efficiency, culture, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Oversee employee engagement, payroll processing, attendance, and HR compliance.

Maintain and execute HR policies, documentation, and reporting records.

Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and resource planning.

Support leadership in fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-driven work culture.
Requirements

Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4β5 years of proven experience in HR & Admin roles.

Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and administrative workflows.
