▪ Employee grievance handling & conflict resolution
▪ Organizational Development (OD) initiatives

A great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (𝟎–𝟔 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 of HR experience). You will:
▪ Support HR operations on day-to-day tasks
▪ Gain exposure to payroll, compliance, and employee relations
▪ Learn how structured HR functions work in a dynamic environment
