Position: Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
• Manage key accounts, client acquisition, and retention strategies
• Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and major deal closures
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the energy sector
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales & marketing teams
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and finance for smooth execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing
• At least 7+ years in Oil & Gas / Petroleum / Energy sector experience
