Position: Head of Procurement
Role Summary
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for transforming procurement operations, ensuring transparency, compliance, and delivering value through efficient sourcing and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with institutional goals
- Ensure compliance, transparency, and governance in procurement policies
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle
- Drive cost optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Lead contract negotiations and vendor performance management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for value-driven procurement
- Promote digital transformation and automation in procurement
- Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices
- Lead and develop procurement team
Eligibility Criteria
- Masterโs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications will be preferred
- Minimum 15 years of procurement/supply chain experience
- 5โ7 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
