Head of Finance & FP&A | and Deputy Manager Finance

HEAD OF FINANCE & FP&A
7-10 years progressive finance experience; oil & gas / OMC or regulated industry preferred

ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Will be part of the ERP implementation team as ERP Business Process Owner/Power User
Builds processes, controls and compliance (OGRA, tax, statutory) from the ground up

DEPUTY MANAGER FINANCE
3-5 years in financial accounting, reporting or FP&A
ACCA, ACA, CMA-qualified or part-qualified
ERP Business Process Owner/Power User supporting implementation
Solid grounding in accounting, payables, reconciliations and reporting

Detail-oriented and analytical, able to manage multiple priorities
Founding finance team of a new OMC
Hands-on ERP implementation and systems build
High-visibility role with real ownership as we scale
