We the professionally managed organization with a 70+ year heritage and long-standing international association is seeking a Head of Finance to lead our finance and accounting function.
The Role
Lead the finance and accounting function; drive timely month-end and year-end closing
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash flow and performance analysis
Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes and financial discipline
Ensure financial, taxation, statutory and regulatory compliance; coordinate with auditors, banks and tax advisers
Deliver MIS, variance analysis and business insights to management
Manage receivables, payables, inventory accounting, general ledger and costing
Drive process improvement, automation and efficiency
Lead and develop the finance team; partner with senior management to support business growth
Requirements:
ACMA/CA-Inter with 10+ years’ relevant industry experience, including at managerial level; or fully qualified CA with 7+ years, including at managerial level
Hands-on across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls and statutory compliance
Proven delivery of accurate results across multiple priorities under demanding deadlines
Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems familiarity
Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights for senior management
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills; high integrity and attention to detail
FMCG, consumer products or manufacturing experience highly relevant
