THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a finance leader who can go beyond traditional accounting and drive financial governance, business performance, strategic decision-making, risk management, and finance transformation.
The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to strengthen financial controls, optimize business performance, enhance reporting, and build a high-performing finance function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead financial governance, controllership, and strategic financial management.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, taxation, and risk management.
Lead finance transformation, ERP integration, automation, and process optimization.
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and management information systems.
Drive manufacturing costing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
Provide actionable financial insights and business intelligence to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Support organizational change and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Mandatory:
Master’s Degree in Finance
Professional Qualification – One or More:
CA – Preferred

IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a professional with Strong exposure to manufacturing environments
Paints & Chemicals industry experience will be an advantage
Expertise in financial governance, controlling, and compliance
Proven leadership capability with senior finance teams
Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic decision-making skills
Experience with SAP / Oracle / equivalent ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel & Financial Modelling capabilities
