What Youβll Do:
β¨ Develop and implement HR and IT operational strategies aligned with business goals
β¨ Lead end-to-end IT recruitment and talent management
β¨ Manage HR operations: performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR policies
β¨ Oversee IT operations, process optimization, and resource planning
β¨ Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development programs
β¨ Advise senior leadership on organizational planning and operational efficiency
What Weβre Looking For:

10+ years of experience with HR & IT operations exposure, preferably in the IT sector
β
Prior experience in a senior leadership role (GM / Head of HR & Operations)
β
Strong knowledge of IT operations, HR management, and talent acquisition
β
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
β
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
