Baskin-Robbins Pakistan is looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager – Operations to lead our growing operations and drive business excellence.

💰 Monthly Salary: Rs. 650,000 – 750,000
📍 Location: Lahore Head Office

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead overall Operations strategy, driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
• Own P&L and business performance, ensuring achievement of sales, revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for store performance, expansion, new openings, and market growth.
• Ensure alignment with Baskin-Robbins international standards and global best practices.
• Lead Operations & Training functions, ensuring continuous team development and service excellence.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team through KPIs, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive brand excellence across all outlets, including food safety, quality, customer experience, and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization while maintaining brand and service standards.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate/Master’s degree with 10–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within QSR, Food, or Retail.
• Strong experience in multi-unit operations, P&L management, strategic planning, and people leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly with international/global teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver operational results.
