In this role, youβll help:
πΉ Find and coordinate profitable freight opportunities
πΉ Communicate and negotiate with brokers
πΉ Coordinate drivers, pickups, and deliveries
πΉ Monitor loads and resolve operational issues
πΉ Maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers
πΉ Keep accurate dispatch and load records
What theyβre looking for:
βοΈ Strong communication and negotiation skills
βοΈ Understanding of U.S. trucking and freight operations
βοΈ Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads
βοΈ A problem-solving mindset
βοΈ Dispatch or logistics experience is a plus
