Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams for maximum productivity.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Monitor KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with Head Office and branch departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Retail/FMCG operations, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve sales targets.
