Position: Executive Pastry Chef (Expatriate)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our artisan bakery and dessert concepts. You will be responsible for creating the “aroma” that defines our brand, focusing on high-demand, trend-setting products. Collaboration with our Deli and American concepts will ensure world-class breads—from brioche and ciabatta rolls to artisan sourdough—perfectly paired with our cheese boards.

The Grand Bakehouse – Lead this European-style live bakery producing artisan sourdough, authentic croissants, and viennoiserie daily.

Sweet Therapy – Innovate for this Gen Z-focused café, featuring Matcha creations, mocktails, and premium cakes designed for social sharing.

Fromagerie 11 (Artisan Cheese & Deli) – Collaborate on artisan bread pairings and crackers for world-class cheese and deli selections.

Route 82 Diner (American Street Food) – Engineer premium, authentic buns for smash burgers and hot dogs.

Forno Rosso (Wood-Fired Italian) – Oversee dough consistency and Italian-style sweet treats.

Lebanese By Heart (Arabic Kitchen) – Manage production of fresh Arabic khubz, Saj, and Manakish.

Darbar Live (Pakistani & Tandoor) – Support traditional tandoor-based bread production and local sweets.

Wok & Co. (Asian Street Kitchen) – Provide specialty Asian-inspired desserts and buns.
Requirements:

Master-level expertise in artisan Viennoiserie, bread-making, and modern dessert engineering.

Significant international experience in world-renowned bakeries or luxury lifestyle brands.
