Position: Executive – Compliance Monitoring (Business Operations)

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Compliance Monitoring, based at SKMCH&RC Lahore, to support quality assurance and compliance across SKM-managed and franchised Collection Centres (CCs).

This role is critical in maintaining SKMCH’s service standards by:

• Monitoring operational compliance

• Identifying process gaps

• Ensuring timely corrective actions

• Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience:

• 2 years’ relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (14 years qualification)
  OR

• 1-year relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (16 years qualification)

Knowledge & Competencies:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and recommend improvements

• Strong PR skills & stakeholder coordination ability

• Proficiency in basic computer applications & report preparation
