  • Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ISO 14001 standards. Lead wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) operations and compliance. Develop and implement EHS policies, SOPs, and sustainability initiatives. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and internal/external audits. Liaise with government bodies, procurement, and contractors on compliance matters. Monitor and manage water quality, wastewater effluent (NEQS), and solid waste. Lead environmental projects such as rainwater harvesting, PET/plastic recycling, and zero waste. Conduct trainings and awareness campaigns on EHS best practices and permit-to-work (PTW) systems. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing setup. NEBOSH IGC and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
