Key Responsibilities
– Counsel students regarding international study opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
– Guide students through the complete application and admission process.
– Provide information about study destinations, entry requirements, tuition fees, and available programmes.
– Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations.
– Meet monthly student registration and consultation targets.
– Maintain accurate student records, application documents, and follow-up data.
– Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and visa filing procedures.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
– Coordinate with university representatives, admission teams, and internal departments.
– Support business development activities and contribute to the company’s growth.
– Stay updated on international education opportunities, admission policies, and visa requirements.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
– Good knowledge of international education and study-abroad processes is an advantage.
– Sales, customer service, or student counselling experience will be preferred.
– Ability to follow up with leads, maintain records, and achieve targets.
– Professional attitude, confidence, and a student-focused approach.
