Position: Display Incharge
๐ Location: Rawalpindi (Pindi)
๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and achieving display targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Manage daily display operations in line with company policies
- Oversee inventory and cash handling, ensuring accurate stock management
- Plan and execute promotions while maintaining attractive display presentation
- Build strong relationships with architects and contractors to grow business opportunities
๐น Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Branch Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and business management skills
- Excellent customer handling and communication abilities
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration (or related field)
- 3โ5 years of relevant experience
