πŸ”§ Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise PD washing operations to ensure timely development of innovative wash styles aligned with tech packs and buyer requirements.
  • Develop and optimize wash recipes through lab and bulk trials, ensuring cost efficiency and consistency.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, design, R&D, and production teams for smooth sampling and approvals.
  • Collaborate with chemical and machinery vendors to implement sustainable and compliant solutions (ZDHC, RSL).
  • Manage PCR activities, testing, documentation, and ensure smooth transition from development to bulk production.

πŸŽ“ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Textile Chemistry or Garment Technology.
  • 5–6 years of experience in Apparel division.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Fabric reactions
    • Shade matching
    • Shrinkage control
    • Tear strength testing
