Deputy Manager / Manager – Administration & General Services
Location: Karachi
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in administration and general services, preferably in a multi-location or trans-provincial organization.
- Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of:
- Facility management
- Procurement
- Vendor management
- Budgeting
- Project administration
- Adequate technical understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works for maintenance and new projects.
- Willingness to travel across branches nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative operations, facilities management, and general services at Head Office and branches.
- Manage office renovations, maintenance projects, contracts, and documentation.
- Develop and monitor administrative budgets, costs, reports, and analytical reviews.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee company assets, property management, Takaful/insurance matters, and ensure facilities are safe and compliant.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and organizational activities while maintaining communication across departments.
