Deputy Manager / Manager – Administration & General Services
Location: Karachi

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).
  • 6–9 years of relevant experience in administration and general services, preferably in a multi-location or trans-provincial organization.
  • Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of:
    • Facility management
    • Procurement
    • Vendor management
    • Budgeting
    • Project administration
  • Adequate technical understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works for maintenance and new projects.
  • Willingness to travel across branches nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative operations, facilities management, and general services at Head Office and branches.
  • Manage office renovations, maintenance projects, contracts, and documentation.
  • Develop and monitor administrative budgets, costs, reports, and analytical reviews.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee company assets, property management, Takaful/insurance matters, and ensure facilities are safe and compliant.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and organizational activities while maintaining communication across departments.
