Position: Deputy Manager โ ICT
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage core network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and VPNs
-
Ensure 24/7 availability of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and data connectivity
-
Oversee data center operations including VMware, servers, storage, and backup systems
-
Maintain high availability, redundancy, failover mechanisms, and environmental controls
-
Implement and manage firewalls, endpoint security, IDS/IPS, and access controls
-
Ensure compliance with IT policies, ITGC, and industry best practices
-
Conduct regular network audits and security assessments
-
Lead network upgrades, expansion, and modernization initiatives
-
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
-
Mentor and guide junior network and system engineers
Required Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field
-
Experience: Minimum 4โ6 years of relevant experience

Enterprise or industrial environment experience preferred
