Urgently Hiring – Cutting Incharge

Agility Textile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cutting Incharge to join our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all cutting department operations.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily cutting activities to meet production targets.
Manage cutting manpower, productivity, and efficiency.
Ensure fabric utilization and minimize wastage.
Maintain quality standards and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and maintain all relevant cutting reports and production records.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Warehouse, and Quality departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Cutting Incharge in the apparel/knitwear industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of cutting processes, planning, and fabric consumption.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
