As part of Multitrans Logistics Pakistan‘s continued growth, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations Executive to join us.
๐ Important: This position is open to candidates based in Pakistan only.

๐ Position: Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations Executive
Location: Remote (Work from Home) โ Pakistan Only
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Key Responsibilities
โข Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and shipment updates.
โข Process customer orders and ensure timely execution and fulfilment.
โข Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
โข Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transportation or delivery-related issues.
โข Maintain accurate records of customer communications, orders, and operational activities.
โข Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
โข Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
โข Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
โข Bachelorโs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
โข 2โ4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or operations.
โข Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
โข Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
โข Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
โข Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
