Greenwich University is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Coordinator β QEC to join their team.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in implementation of QEC policies, procedures, and quality assurance frameworks (as per HEC PSG 2023)
β’ Coordinate preparation & submission of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs β PREE standards) and RIPE for academic programs
β’ Monitor compliance with HEC quality standards and university policies
β’ Maintain QEC documentation, records, and audit evidence
β’ Conduct course evaluations & student feedback surveys; analyze data
β’ Support accreditation processes, program reviews & academic audits
β’ Liaise with academic departments for quality enhancement
β’ Prepare analytical & statistical reports for management
β’ Organize QEC meetings, trainings & workshops
β’ Maintain and update QEC databases
πΉ Requirements:
β’ Masterβs degree in relevant field
β’ 2β3 years of experience in QEC / academic administration
β’ Strong knowledge of HEC QEC standards, PSG 2023, SAR & RIPE
β’ Excellent analytical & report writing skills
