Commission-Based Sales Representative — Premium Water Brand (GCC)
RPP, a global resources and sustainability company headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is hiring on-ground sales representatives across the GCC for its premium water brand, ARIC Water.
ARIC is a certified natural mineral water sourced from Norway — naturally filtered through Arctic bedrock, lab-tested, and bottled at source using advanced European technology.
We sell directly to hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, gyms, event companies, and distributors. Our clients include 4- and 5-star hotel chains, restaurant groups, and corporate procurement departments across the Gulf. This is strictly B2B — we do not do retail.
We are expanding our physical presence in GCC markets and need sales representatives who can be on the ground, walking into properties, meeting procurement managers, introducing the brand, and building relationships face-to-face.
What You Will Do:
Visit hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, gyms, and event companies in your city or territory. Introduce ARIC Water to procurement teams and F&B decision-makers. Present the product catalog and leave samples with potential clients. Collect contact details of interested buyers. Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp within 48 hours of each visit. Book confirmed meetings between qualified prospects and our Project Manager. Submit a weekly report every Sunday covering: visits made, contacts collected, samples distributed, meetings arranged, and pipeline status.
You are the first impression of the brand. You open doors. You do not negotiate pricing or close deals — that is handled by our Project Manager directly.
What We Provide:
Product samples shipped to your location (when needed). A professional product catalog (PDF). Branded business cards with your name. A pricing sheet for reference. A sales presentation deck for tablet use. A WhatsApp branding kit (logo, catalog images for WhatsApp Business). Full onboarding and training on the brand, positioning, and target clients.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary. You earn per result.
Payments are issued within 15 days of RPP receiving payment from the client. Only verified meetings qualify that ends up on contracts — no-shows, unqualified leads, or dead contacts do not count.
Performance Expectations:
5+ meetings arranged for the Project Manager per week. 1 written weekly report submitted every Sunday.
If no qualified meetings are delivered in two consecutive weeks, the contract is terminated. This role rewards initiative, consistency, and hustle.
Contract:
Independent contractor agreement. No exclusivity — we may have multiple reps in the same territory. All leads, contacts, and relationships generated while representing ARIC Water are the property of RPP.
