Position: Claim Officer
📍 Locations: Sukkur | Quetta

Key Responsibilities

Receive, record, and process customer warranty and product claims from dealers.

Verify claim documentation and ensure all necessary details are complete before processing.

Approve or reject claims in line with company policies.

Inspect products to validate authenticity of claims.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claims received and processed.

Ensure full compliance with company policies related to warranty and claims.
Qualification & Experience
-
Education: B.Tech/BE or DAE (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical).

Experience: 2–3 years in claim handling, quality assurance, or after-sales service (preferably in battery or automotive industries).

Strong technical understanding of battery systems and products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
