Position: Claim Officer
📍 Locations: Sukkur | Quetta

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, record, and process customer warranty and product claims from dealers.

  • Verify claim documentation and ensure all necessary details are complete before processing.

  • Approve or reject claims in line with company policies.

  • Inspect products to validate authenticity of claims.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claims received and processed.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies related to warranty and claims.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: B.Tech/BE or DAE (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical).

  • Experience: 2–3 years in claim handling, quality assurance, or after-sales service (preferably in battery or automotive industries).

  • Strong technical understanding of battery systems and products.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
