📍 Location: Lahore

A leading organization is looking for an experienced Head – Civil Projects to lead HVAC and civil construction projects from planning to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage HVAC & civil construction projects.
✅ Supervise installation, MEP coordination, testing & commissioning.
✅ Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgets and monitor project costs.
✅ Manage contractors, vendors, billing and project documentation.
✅ Review engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
✅ Ensure project quality, HSE compliance and timely completion.

Requirements:

🎓 BS in Civil Engineering.
✔ 8–10 years of relevant experience.
✔ Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
✔ Experience in industrial/textile HVAC projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC installation & commissioning.
✔ Excellent command of AutoCAD.
