• 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Renovation / Civil Officer – Bakery Maintenance & Renovation

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
Gourmet Pakistan Foods is hiring a Renovation / Civil Officer to handle maintenance and renovation work of our Bakery branches.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Oversee renovation and maintenance of Gourmet Bakers.
• 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 & 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: Handle civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work for bakery outlets
• 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Conduct regular site visits to check bakery maintenance issues and resolve them
• 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and vendors
• 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and material requirements

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: DAE Civil
• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2+ years in maintenance / renovation, preferably in bakery, restaurant, or retail chain
• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 50K to 60k
