QHS Health & Safety is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Marketing Department in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Identify potential clients requiring ISO certification and compliance services.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and business inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and certification teams for client requirements.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Support international client acquisition activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Marketing.
- Experience in B2B sales or corporate services preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
