Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager – BNPL to lead and expand our Buy Now, Pay Later business within the cellphone retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies for BNPL sales across cellphone retail outlets.
Identify and establish partnerships with banks, fintech companies, financial institutions, and BNPL service providers.
Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, commissions, and strategic business arrangements.
Develop BNPL programs for smartphones, accessories, and related consumer electronics.
Drive BNPL sales growth through retail branches and business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial and technology partners.
Monitor market trends, competitors, customer financing solutions, and industry developments.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Marketing teams for seamless BNPL operations.
Track sales performance, approval/conversion ratios, portfolio performance, and revenue.
Prepare and present regular business development reports and performance analysis to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial and operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, BNPL, Consumer Finance, FinTech, Banking, or Retail.
Strong understanding of consumer financing and installment-based sales models.
Experience in the mobile phone/electronics retail sector will be preferred.
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and achieve business targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
Faisalabad-based candidates will be preferred.
