Position Title: Business Development Executive

Firm: Ripton Solutions

Location: Remote

Timings: 8:30am est – 5pm est

Salary: 80-90K

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will work with maangers for asssiting with current accounts to grow them and identify additional business opportunities. This role will focus on strategic planning, client relationship management, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
2. Identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
3. Understand client needs and feedback to create customized solutions.
4. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
5. Analyze market trends and competition regularly.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
7. Prepare business proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good experience in client relationship management.
5. Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
