Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and markets.
• Generate new leads and maintain a prospect database.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Support the BD team with proposals and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and assist in closing deals.

Ideal Profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic understanding of the freight forwarding/shipping industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
