Jupiter Foods is looking for experienced and customer-focused Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, and Shift Managersto join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.
Manage team scheduling, performance, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Monitor cash handling, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.

Drive sales performance, achieve store KPIs, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field).
2–5 years of relevant experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
