Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control/ Mechatronics and Automation Engineering.
Experience: 0 – 06 months.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Trainee Instrumentation / Industrial Automation Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Automation Sales team. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in industrial automation products, technical sales, customer relationship management, and business development. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about industrial technology and aspire to build a career in technical sales.
Mandatory for Candidate:
Clear understanding of PLC, HMI, DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation concepts.
Knowledge of electrical control systems and industrial instrumentation.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn the company’s automation products, solutions, and services.
Assist the Sales Engineers in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Visit customers to understand their automation requirements under the guidance of a senior team member. Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
Support proposal preparation, tender documentation, and bid submissions.
