Position: Assistant Manager – Administration
Location: Gujrat City

Royal Fans Industry is looking to appoint an Assistant Manager – Administration to manage security, facilities, accommodations, transportation, and administrative operations, while ensuring compliance with company policies, discipline, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in administration or facility management.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative functions and external stakeholders.

  • Solid knowledge of security management, facility operations, and transport administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee security operations, control room activities, and overall site safety.

  • Manage company mess operations and accommodation facilities for labour, executives, managers, and guests.

  • Coordinate and liaise with external departments and regulatory authorities.

  • Supervise company transportation operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and maintenance.

  • Handle petty cash, travel claims, and other administrative expenditures in line with company policies.

  • Ensure smooth administration of facilities while maintaining discipline, compliance, and cost control.
