ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL

Qualification: BS / BSc in Chemistry
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control (Agrochemicals/Fertilizers)
Key Responsibilities:
⦿ Oversee chemical testing of fertilizers and raw materials to ensure accurate assessment of nutrient levels, pH, and purity
⦿ Supervise lab technicians & ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards
⦿ Monitor stability & compatibility studies for product safety and regulatory compliance
⦿ Review test reports, CoAs, and ensure proper documentation as per audit standards
⦿ Coordinate with R&D and Production teams for product trials, testing schedules, and continuous improvement
⦿ Supervise lab testing in line with SOPs and quality standards
Required Skills:
⦿ Strong knowledge of fertilizer analysis & result interpretation
⦿ Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 documentation and audits
⦿ Effective team coordination & communication skills
